Destination Saudi 2026: Global Investor Appetite for Saudi Real Estate
09 March 2026
In Destination Saudi 2026, we examine the impact of Saudi Arabia’s newly approved property ownership law, which opens designated real estate zones to international buyers for the first time.
This milestone under Vision 2030 marks a significant shift in the Kingdom’s property market and its global positioning.
The report draws on an updated survey of 1,550 respondents across key international markets, including Algeria, Egypt, India, Malaysia, the UK and the US, as well as expatriates in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, to assess appetite for Saudi real estate. Our findings indicate that 84% of global high net worth individuals are interested in acquiring property in Makkah and Madinah, with nearly US$ 6.3 billion in potential private capital potentially entering the market.
We invite you to explore the full analysis in Destination Saudi 2026.
