Stephen Flanagan is Regional Partner and Head of MENA valuation advisory at Knight Frank, overseeing the firm’s regional operations and working between its UAE and Saudi Arabia offices. A chartered surveyor with more than 25 years of experience, including 18 years in the Middle East, he also represents the region on Knight Frank’s Global Valuations Board.
Stephen specialises in property valuation across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, advising on individual assets, major portfolios and large-scale developments. His experience covers conventional real estate, hospitality and leisure, development land and mixed-use projects.
He has led IPO and M&A valuations, supported sukuk transactions and acted as signatory on substantial portfolio valuations across the region. His expertise also includes financing mandates, strategic advisory and development feasibility. Stephen serves as General Manager of Knight Frank’s licensed valuation business in Saudi Arabia.
