His technical design background supports a detail-oriented approach to project, cost and development management. His expertise includes construction and fit-out management, design coordination, programme control, stakeholder engagement, quality assurance and cost efficiency across new-build and fit-out projects.
Mohamed also provides built-to-suit development advisory, covering procurement strategy, development phasing, contract negotiation and value engineering. His multi-sector development management experience across Egypt and the GCC spans high-rise, residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, government, sports, science and technology, banking, retail and mixed-use developments. Before joining Knight Frank in 2023, he held senior roles at JLL, HDR and Mazaraki FBK.
