VIEW (Voices in Real Estate for Women)

VIEW (Voices in Real Estate)
VIEW (Voices in Real Estate for Women) was created to recognise and support women in real estate across the Middle East. The community provides a platform for connection, mentorship and professional growth, giving women the visibility and access needed to lead with confidence.
VIEW exists to redefine what leadership looks like. It brings together women whose ideas, talent and ambition are changing real estate and building a more inclusive future.
The VIEW Philosophy
VIEW is built around three pillars that help women in real estate grow, connect, and lead.
Representation:
Creating visibility for women’s voices. VIEW highlights leadership at events, through mentorship, and within the communities shaping the built environment.
Connection:
Building a network where women can share experience, insight and opportunity. VIEW connects peers, mentors and mentees, to open new pathways across the region..
Opportunity:
Encouraging professional growth through mentorship and access to exclusive opportunities. VIEW supports women in reaching leadership roles and influencing the future of the industry.
