Meet the team

Susan Amawi
General Manager, KSA, Knight Frank

Susan has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, including 18 years in Saudi Arabia advising on large-scale developments across both the public and private sectors. At Knight Frank, she oversees operations in the Kingdom and partners with clients to align real estate initiatives with national development plans. Susan co-founded VIEW based on the experiences she and her peers faced early in their careers, aiming to create a supportive space that opens doors for women in real estate.

Buthainah Albaity
Partner and Head of Private Capital & Family Enterprises, MENA, Knight Frank

Buthainah leads Knight Frank MENA’s Private Capital & Family Enterprises division, bringing her 18 years of experience in investment banking and consulting to support family offices, private investors and developers with long-term planning and portfolio growth. Buthainah co-founded VIEW to champion a new kind of leadership in real estate – one grounded in representation, collaboration and access.

Aghareed Abduljawad

Aghareed is a finance leader with more than a decade of experience across logistics, shipping and real estate. As Finance Director and Board Member at Globe Group, and the first woman elected to the Asharqiyah Chamber of Commerce board, she has shaped governance and financial strategy at some of the region’s most established organisations.

Dalia Al-Sulaiman

Dalia’s career spans scientific research, entrepreneurship and investment, giving her a unique perspective on real estate. Her early work at the National Institutes of Health in the United States and the World Health Organization in Saudi Arabia laid the foundation for her thoughtful, people-centred leadership. Today, through her roles with AAS Group and Rolaco Holdings, she supports family enterprises and emerging investors with clarity and strategic insight.

Mashael Abdullah Bin Saedan

Mashael is Chairwoman and CEO of MASS Holding Group and one of Saudi Arabia’s leading industrial and real estate executives. As part of the third generation of a pioneering real estate family, she has introduced new building systems, led the establishment of the Kingdom’s first women-led industrial factory and championed sustainable, low-carbon construction.
