Clare Moukabaa is a Partner at Knight Frank and heads the firm’s Residential Consultancy division across MENA. With more than 20 years of real estate experience, she began her career in residential sales and leasing in the UK before relocating to the Middle East in 2010.
Clare specialises in sales and marketing strategy, residential development advisory, and real estate market research and benchmarking. She advises clients on pricing, target markets and development recommendations, helping position residential projects effectively and maximise their long-term value.
Her experience includes residential positioning for giga-projects and major developments targeting HNWIs and UHNWIs. Before joining Knight Frank in 2024, Clare managed a substantial residential and commercial property portfolio at Siemens and later advised prominent PIF-related entities in Saudi Arabia and major developments across the UAE.

• Led the residential development strategy for two large projects in Saudi Arabia associated with semi-governmental entities, comprising close to 3,000 homes targeting HNWIs and UHNWIs.
• Reviewed and validated developers’ pricing, sales and marketing strategies against their intended target markets.
• Conducted national and international residential benchmarking to inform project positioning, development strategy and asset launches.
