Pradeep Fernandes is a Partner at Knight Frank and Head of Real Estate Consultancy, KSA. With more than 16 years of experience, he provides real estate consultancy in Saudi Arabia, supporting major development programmes, city-level studies and investment decisions.
His expertise includes real estate development strategy, feasibility and highest and best use studies, investment due diligence, financial modelling and portfolio planning. Pradeep advises across office, retail, residential, hospitality, healthcare, education, industrial, logistics and mixed-use developments.
Before joining Knight Frank in 2024, Pradeep was a Director in JLL’s Strategic Consulting team in MENA, where he led studies across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. His earlier experience includes senior roles with MPM Properties, PKF Consulting, CBRE and DTZ.

• Led a multi-year study covering 14 cities in Saudi Arabia, assessing development pipelines and preparing strategies across nine real estate asset classes.
• Contributed to the Makkah City Strategy for 2030+ and advised on major developments including Jeddah Central, Jeddah Historic District, Qiddiya Coast and King Abdullah Economic City.
• Provided mega-project advisory for NEOM-related developments and medical cities in Riyadh and Kuwait.
• Delivered feasibility and highest and best use studies across Riyadh, Jeddah, DMA, Makkah and Madinah.
